What We Need From You: 我们需要你做什么：
- Handle full set of accounts. 处理全套账目
- Maintain a good filling system and proper record of all documents. 保持良好的填写系统 和所有文件的正确记录。
- Liaison with internal and external departments (eg: auditor, tax agent, company secretary, etc) regarding accounting, finance and other related issue. 与内部和外部门（例如：审计员、税务代理人、公司秘书等）就会计、财务和其他相关问题进行联络。
- Effective maintenance and timely reporting & submission of monthly financial, management and ad hoc reporting. 有效维护并及时报告和提交月度财务、管理和临时报告
- Perform bank reconciliation, maintain the accounting system with correct recording of journal entries. 执行银行对账，维持会计系统并正确记录日记账分录
- Preparation of financial forecast, cash flows, budgets, financial analysis and credit control. 编制财务预测、现金流量、预算、财务分析和信贷控制
- Lead the account and admin team, make sure their task is done properly and on time. 领导客户和管理团队，确保他们的任务按时正确完成
- Always update with the most recent government or financial agency news release. 始终更新最新的政府或金融机构新闻稿
What is the right people for us? 什么是适合我们的人？
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or Degree in Accounting. 专业资格，如ACCA\CIMA或会计学学位
- Minimum 4 years’ working experience, and able to work under a fast-paced working environment. 至少4年工作经验，能够适应快节奏的工作环节
- Experienced in the retail or hardware industry will be an added advantage. 有零售或硬件行业经验者优先
- Candidates fluent in mandarin will be preferred. 优先考虑普通话流利的候选人
- Knowledgeable with local tax, auditing and accounting law and regulations. 了解当地税务、审计和会计法律法规
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Accounting software and willingness to learn on DynaMod System. 精通Excel、MS Office、会计软件并愿意学习DynaMod System
- Smart working, able to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines. 能够在最少的监督下工作并在紧迫的期限内完成工作
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to details and accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality and integrity. 表现出对细节和准确性、专业性、保密性和完整性的高度关注
