Ethically Sourced Products is a high end clothing manufacturer and operates from a newly built air-conditioned factory.
We are looking to recruit a full time cleaner.
The ideal candidate must have previous cleaning experience within a factory, capable of following a cleaning schedule and using own initiative to priorities tasks. There will be days when you will need to be flexible with the cleaning schedule.
Your standard day would be something like the below:
Start 8am
Clean all toilets.
Hoover and mop entrance and stairs
Dust window sills
Hoover factory floors ground floor and first floor (This would be done around the workers so health and safety is key as we are a working factory).
Sweeping stairs
Cleaning water fountain
Sweep and mop canteen.
Finish at 4pm
All these jobs are done on a daily basis. There will be days where other jobs will take priority and you will need to follow your managers instruction.
Requirements for the position:
A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role
Flexible
Tidy and thorough.
Positive, proactive and hard working.
Health and Safety awareness.
We work a 4-day week Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm.
32 hours a week.
No part time hours or job share will be considered.
No weekends
Casual Dress.
We offer:
Permanent contract of employment.
Part time considered for 2 candidates- hours would be either 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm
Hourly rate £10.42.
Weekly pay.
28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.
