Job Descriptions:
- Carry out rectification and troubleshooting of plant and auxiliary equipment as assigned.
- Carry out routine checks and testing of plant equipment based on job requests in accordance with good maintenance practice.
- Do hands on planned maintenance such as but not limited to greasing and cleaning of equipment and machinery.
- Record details of maintenance and repairs works carried out.
- Maintain proper housekeeping as well as tidiness of the workplace.
- Manage documentation such as work procedures accordingly to plant standard SOPs and quality standard.
- To adhere strictly to all EHS rules and regulations imposed by the plant. Any ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by supervisor / plant management.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or higher .
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in operation or manufacturing environment
- Good hands on experiences in rotation equipment repair such as pumps & agitators is an advantage
- Have initiative, good communication skills and able to take responsibility.
- Working knowledge of the principles and mechanics of plant equipment is essential
- Possess a basic welding skill will be an added advantages
